Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cohousing.com ??

I was browsing around the Internic Whois database (database of
registered Internet domains) and happened across cohousing.com
which I'd never heard of before.  Anyone familiar with it or the 
holder of the domain?  (See database entry below)
There does not seem to be a www.cohousing.com website at present.

Mostly just curious.
