Cohousing-L Mailing List: RE: People who leave cohousing

Some other reasons I have heard from several sources: 

Couldn't manage the mortgage payments.
Didn't really like it once they  experienced it, especially community meals.
Control issues: Could not give up control of things to the group.
Plus the kids issues stated.
