Cohousing-L Mailing List: demographic survey

We are considering doing a demographic survey of our group.  Have other
groups done this?  Is there a national survey form which can be used?
If not, what have your groups used?  We would appreciate any information
you can give us on this.  We in the Ann Arbor Cohousing group have 33
member households now with seven yet to join and plan to break ground
in April.
