Kill two birds with one stone. Skip all the hard work of getting it built,
AND  come to live in the glorious SF Bay  Area. Two residences in the
second oldest cohousing community in North America (Doyle St. CoHousing in
Emeryville, CA) will be up for sale very soon (one probably in the next
couple of weeks). They are two of the larger units here with two and three
bedrooms respectively plus assorted lofts. Neither household that is
selling participates in this list, so I am letting you know about these
sales.For more info or to be "introduced" to either or both of these two
sellers please let me know. Families with children are highly desired.
