Tomorrow morning, March 25, construction starts at Eno Commons CoHousing. 

Also tomorrow, the documents for our Homeowners' Association and our
restrictive covenants will be filed, and the land will be transferred from
my name into the development company.

We still have 9 beautiful lots left. Lots from $39,900. Home prices,
complete with lot, commons house, water and sewer, from below $120,000.
Please let people know about Eno Commons and this exciting milestone.
