We have just heard about a unique opportunity for cohousing in the
Roslindale neighborhood of Boston. An existing development of 4 to 5
multi-unit houses is up for sale. With some small changes and a common
house, a community of 18+ cohousing units is possible. This is a great
site, close to Roslindale Square, commuter rail, shopping, and the Arnold
Arboretum. Unit cost is projected to be about $99,000 to $180,000.

This is where the urgency comes in! If we can pull together a group of
interested cohousers within 7 days, the owner is willing to work with us.
Make sure you attend the organizing meeting on Sunday April 20 at 4 p.m. in
the community room at the Bowditch Lodging House, 82 Green Street, in
Jamaica Plain, one block from Green Street Station on the Orange line.
