Above is a clip from someone from Old Oakland cohousing.  I know you 
might think differently, but I really do believe that we're way behind 
the eight ball group formation-wise simply because we haven't had to do 
anything...we've had you!  Now, just how many groups do you think there 
are where core group members have managed not to see the site after all 
the work has been on it to date?
