take a look at the book by....ahem.  you want to get a book on Equity
Sharing, ( i did have that book and lent it out so it appears that i no
longer can give you the title and 
author).  it may no longer be in print but...it does have excellent
coverage of this topic, and sample contracts/agreements, ---

as always, try NOLO Press first for samples of contracts
etc......(Berkeley, ca)

altho we have not tried it yet, it seems like an excellent way to get lower
income folks --- who can pay a mortgage but don't have the big lum sum up
front -- to be able to stay with the community,--a worthwhile  return on
"investment" of itself.  

is there much information at all about this level of  "intercommunity
loans" ?.
