At Greyrock Commons individuals can order from the same place(s?) that
we
get bulk foods for our common meals. When it's delivered it is immediately
divided among the purchasers. There's no long-term storage other than for
common meals.

Just off the kitchen we have a pantry (about 6' x 10') lined with
shelves.
We keep the big bulk items (flour, rice, other grains, etc.) in large bins
on wheels, stored under the shelves in the pantry. In the kitchen we keep
mostly herbs and spices near the stove. And one large refrigerator across
from the pantry -- there's room for another, its purchase is under debate.
Greyrock Commons has thirty households.
