Subject: Songaia open house

Songaia Cohousing Cooperative invites you to an open house on Saturday,
July 12 from 2 - 4 p.m.  Songaia is located at 22421 39th Ave SE in
Bothell, Washington.  We currently have two existing houses on 10 1/2
acres of forest and meadow just north of Metropolitan Seattle.  We plan to
remodel the existing buildings and build 5 new duplexes for a total of 13
