Rent 1 Bedroom in a 3BR 2 Bath apartment in a 4 plex facing the lagoon
between San Mateo and Foster City.  We would prefer someone who shares
our values: whole organically grown food, recycling, gardening, etc. 
This location is wonderful: lots of birds, sunrise over the water,
access to biking/walking path 1/2 block away, large park with
playground, tennis courts, etc., one-two blocks away, other recreational
opportunities nearby with the city amenities of proximity to freeway and
public transportation, etc.  The apartment is one of  8 units in what is
planned to be a cooperative community or cohousing project and which
will include extensive organic gardens.  One or more apartments for rent
in near future.  Within one to two years, units will also be available
to purchase.
