Hi guys!

I've been invited to make a presentation on cohousing in urban settings
at a one day conference called "Adjustments to Undercrowding in
Baltimore City."  My piece will be part of a larger talk titled
"Opportunity for Comprehensive Neighborhood Revitalization" which is
being presented by an urban planning specialist from the MD Dept. of
Housing and Community Development.  I've been trying to make this link
w/ DHCD for 6 months.  This person's dept. is in charge of state
programs to revitalize urban areas.  I want cohousing in any
conversation concerning urban revitalization.  So when this woman called
me...I was pretty excited!

I could really use some slides and specs of urban cohousing communities
-- especially their effect on the surrounding community.

And of course I'm delighted for any coaching and/or advice any of you
may have for me.
