Creek's Bend Cohousing is now launching an agressive outreach campaign. 
We did no outreach for 2 years in order to focus our energies on land
search and cost.  We now have an 11 acre peninsula into the Poestenkill
Creek, a rope swing trout stream.  Rural characteristics within the city
boundaries of Troy, we will have no trouble with zoning or utilities. 
The selection of the site dropped our membership to 3 families and we
are going it alone, getting a lot of press and we have had about 30
inquiries in the first four weeks of going public.  We are panicked
about finding families. Can you suggest the one outreach technique that
worked the best for your community?
