There's a traffic study that was done by the City of Lafayette that found that Nyland had 25% less trips per day compared to a typical 42 home neighborhood. The study was included in a final report that Wonderland presented to the EPA. Is anyone familiar with any other such studies that have shown cohousing to reduce traffic when compared to typical subdivisions? This is an important point that we need to make with our county commissioners.
