Yes, there is! EcoVillage at Ithaca is about 4 hours from NYC and welcomes
visitors. The plan is that there will be 5 neighborhoods of 30 homes, the
first was finished a year ago. The folks in the "first" neighborhood offer
a bed and breakfast opportunity to visitors. My husband and I are among
those working to plan the second neighborhood, we hope to be living there
within 2 years or so. Following is a posting I shared about the Village.
If you would like to visit, or just want to discuss it further, let me
know. Also, please see our website, the address is below.

Jan

Hi friends,
Ecovillage Ithaca is welcoming folks to help plan, and become a
resident in, the second neighborhood group. We currently have
9 committed households and are looking for a total of 30. Progress
is being made and those who join early have the most input in helping
to set priorities and plan our community.

We have monthly information/orientation meetings and tours, the next
scheduled session is November 29.

For more information, please see our website, call 607-255-8276, or
write to me.

Regards, Jan (jrg14 [at] cornell.edu)
