Cohousing-L Mailing List: Auctions/Estate Sales

While investigating the net under Classifieds, I noticed a plethora of
estate sales & auctions containing articles relative to cohousers:
stainless steel dishwashers (understand under-the-counter types not too
desirable), ovens, comm'l & non- refrigerators, tables & chairs, dishes,
& probably plenty of etc's. Might be worth checking out - there is the
danger however of buying too early (before final design), & of course
storage. 
(Been waiting for a good point to address Rob Sandelin's point of 'who's
out there'!
