Thank you for your interest in helping us in our project. It is the only =
cohousing initiative in Spain, although there is some ecoville =
initiative. =20
Our interest to see an bylaws example, guides or operation procedures is =
to have an idea of which it is the administration aspects that we should =
debate, basing us on the experience of other communities. =20
The characteristics of our community are: =20

- 25 attached units  =20
- Earth of 10.000 meters??? (to determine) =20
- The localization is to 15 Km of the mediterranean coast in Valencia. =20
- Climate and mediterranean vegetation (similar to California) =20
- Sostenibility approaches will be applied for the construction and =
permaculture for garden and to the orchard.
- Purification of waters =20
- Unit of connected solar energy to the Net =20
- Studies to work in the community =20
- Common House  with: dining room, kitchen, workshop, gym, guest rooms, =
library / classroom, solarium,...
