The most read and accessed thing posted on a bulletin board in our commonhouse 
is the community dinner sign up sheet. people walk into the building to read 
that sheet to see which nights dinners are happening, and to remind themselves 
when it was they signed up for a task.

This stuff is posted close to the door so it's an easy in and out.
