We have recently optioned 4.8 acres in central Tucson.  Our plan is to 
build 36 units ranging in size from one bedroom to four bedrooms, 
tentatively priced between $85,000 and $200,000 as part of a limited 
liability partnership with Jim Leach of Wonderland Development.  The 
site is central with good access to bicycle paths (3.5 miles to the 
University of Arizona) and bus routes (2 routes pass by the site and 
one goes directly to downtown which is about 4 miles away.) Site plan
