I asked Don the same question and (from memory) his reply was that he did not intend to change the title on the magazine cover (CoHousing). I suspect the spelling thruout his update is in part an artifact of old habits. My intent on all cohousing-L pages and writing I do is to have no punctuation or special capitalization in the word cohousing. However, in general I am not going to edit other people's spelling.
