Here at Sunward (where we're just about to move in), we've given
everyone a small front and back yard. We did not -- until now -- attempt
to deal with the question of whether these could be fenced. Go whichever
way you like, but if you decide to permit yards be sure you resolve the
fencing question at the same time!
