To add to the list of urban cohousing: The Village, Madison Wisconsin. 18 units plus common house, half a city block, close to the University of Wisconsin, a major hospital, bus routes, shops and restaurants. We're just finishing the zoning approval process, beginning construction documents, and will start construction in Fall.
