Hi

N Street is between 2 and 2.5 acres.  There are 12 lots each around 55' x
110'.  There is an additional lot in the middle that makes the backyards
seem bigger because the fence is basically down but it is not part of the
community.  The basic house plan floor plan is around 1000 square feet.
Three houses have been added to and enlarged.  Five of the houses have
converted their garages to bedrooms adding an additional 150 square feet or
so to their house size.
