In the otherwise high quality discussion about Matt's "I'm frustrated" topic, there is a lot of unnecessary clutter because people are appending a copy of the *entire* original email at the end of their own. This usually happens because your email software is set to copy the entire email you're replying to. I suggest you either - change your email settings to *not* copy everything when you reply, or - let it do it but delete all but the paragraphs you're replying to - and put your response to each paragraph after their paragraph, or - most email software will let you highlight just a chunk of the original *before* you click reply which copies only the selection into your reply document. No huge tirade here - just a little nettiquette (sp?) Mike
