Cohousing-L Mailing List: Any cohousing groups in Raleigh, NC?

I'm curious to know if there's anyone in Raleigh, North Carolina who is
establishing a cohousing group. There are two groups in neighboring Durham,
which we've been in contact with but it is too for for my husband to drive
to work. There is a group listed in the cohousing network directory
(online) for Raleigh (called Mimosa Grove), but after both phoning and
e-mailing the Raleigh contacts have not gotten a response. Can anyone give
me any suggestions?
