Cohousing-L Mailing List: Getting the community work done

I am working on an article about how cohousing groups get the groups work 
done. I would like to submit it for publication this fall so I would greatly 
appreaciate peoples stories about how they divvy up the groups work, or not. 
Failures are as interesting as success stories.
