At RoseWind Cohousing, the annual assessments are apportioned equally 
among all owner-households. Payment schedules can be worked out with the 
treasurer. Our Bylaws also give the Association the power, if we ever 
wanted or needed to exercise it, to waive fees in extenuating 
circumstances.
