Well, you are on the right track to address it before it becomes an "issue." we are an urban community with a shared underground garage. At the other end of the lot we also have six spaces in an open air parking area. We decided to rent four and keep two for drop-off and live parking for the people with homes at that end of the lot - it's a bit of a hike from the garage with small children and heavy bags. Of course, there was one individual who decided to use one of the drop-off spaces as her individual parking space, and others who left their vehicles there for long periods so that those arriving with loaded vehicles couldn't unload. The only answer is to speak clearly to the individuals involved. It doesn't have to be nasty or confrontational but it does have to be clear. If that doesn't work, you willl have to fall back on involving whatever problem solving group you have evolved! Good luck! Rowenac Cambridge Coho >
