Cohousing-L Mailing List: Listing with Realtors

Does anyone have experience listing with realtors? If so how did you handle
the sales commission? How did you handle educating interested buyers about
cohousing?

We have been approached by several and have declined but South Florida is so
spread out, that an MLS might help us.
