Actually they do sometimes.  Eno Commons (Durham, NC) was the local news
follow-up to the NBC Dateline piece on cohousing.  We were contacted about
two hours before TV crew came to the door.

If you check out your local NBC TV web site, it does list what they expect
to be covering.
