--====49575155515257505749===1 Folks, Do any of you have any leads about a co-housing community built into apartment building or buildings? I'm interested in setting up co-housing in NYC, but land prices may be too high. Old buildings may be possible, therefore my interest. Sort of a verticle community as opposed to a horizontal one.
