hello Pablo,

We haven't got there yet but this may be one of those nit-picky issues that seem
really simple, yet has the potential to be absurdly contentious.

My best guess at this time, for simplicity and equity, is user pays.  An agreed
amount per hour, the money goes back into the common house, everyone benefits
including the pay-er.

Now I look forward to the 'been there, done that' wisdom  ; )
