I am having to update this list to give to our (new) appraiser who is
doing the take-out mortgage appraisals for our project, and I KNOW this
list is badly out of date.

I'd like to post what I have and see if there are any corrections,
deletions, or additions.

I do not promise to keep updating this on an ongoing basis, but it will be
a help to other groups in the development process.

Please note that only groups that have some control of a site (at least an
option) are included.
