At Sharingwood:

1. Renters are expected to participant in the community at the same level as
owners.

2. Renters pay a monthly community assessment that is half the owners
assessment.

3. Yes, Renters are all expected to abide by our agreements, no diffeently
than owners. In fact our CC&R's is quite specific about this, visitors too
need to abide by our agreements.

4. Renters partipate in our decision making but do not get to block
consensus or vote. Like members, some renters participate more than others
do. And this is OK.
