A week ago I posted on the list that Cambridge Cohousing had either a 3bdrm townhouse w/o basement OR a 4bdrm townhouse with a basement for sale. I can now report that it is definately the large TH for sale with an asking price of $499,900. Please call 617-661-1682 or email cambridgecohousing [at] yahoo.com if you are interested. The owners have given us only 30 days to find a buyer within the cohousing community before they go on the open market. If you are interested, you must notify us immediately, as well as start getting pre-approval for a mortgage.
