Don't sign anything without the approval of an Attorney.  Get yourself
the best RE attorney you can find and use him throughout the entire
process from land purchase to all the paper work you will need in order
to sell.  I am a former Realtor and they can do a good job helping you
with the preliminary search and finding the price of property but you
need proper legal advice.  P.S. I am a former Realtor.
