In Feb I participated in a Peacekeeping Circle process training, an
approach that might be relevant to you.  A place to start would be
Rob Sanelin's article _Sharing Circles Creat Strong Bonds_ in
Cohousing Magazine, Winter 1994, Vol. 6 number 4 pg 10.
