Have any communities tried, with any success, paying someone to do the cooking? I know some folks have hired people to take their turn at cooking. I realize there is a great deal of bonding that comes as a result of sharing the cooking and cleanup as well as the eating, but some folks live very busy lifestyles and coming home to a well cooked meal is a way of relaxing and socializing at the same time.
