As several people have pointed out, today there are numerous ways to have information posted on the web for little or no cost. Another related question is how do people find your web pages. Of course, once you have set up some web pages you can pass on the address to people who express interest etc. In my opinion, one of the most useful features of www.cohousing.org is the list of communities and groups which includes links to group web sites. Of course the usefulness of this list is only as good as the information in it. Send update information for www.cohousing.org communities database to: <cohousing [at] umich.edu> I also advise against posting information that does not have reasonably long lasting usefulness. Updating meeting schedules etc seems to be a wide spread problem. Instead you may want to post general comments on meeting schedules and a phone contact for current information.
