Cohousing-L Mailing List: Reserve cash needs

The folks up here in Bellingham are asking the same questions.  How much of a 
cash reserve is prudent to assess or am to accrue over time as a financial 
goal for long term maintenance in particular (I know we won't be needing a 
roof right away but we will eventually...).
