With the Happy 99 virus, you're OK as long as you don't download the program that comes attached to the email message. I'm the manager of another list that also uses Listproc, and we had a wave of the Happy 99 virus a couple of months ago. We have about 180 people on that list, and as far as I could tell not one of them downloaded the program and got the virus. It's pretty clear. You see an email with something about Happy 99 in the heading. It porports to be from a friend of yours, and it invites you to download the program, which is named something like Happy99.exe. Just DON'T DOWNLOAD the program. -- Mel
