In response to the woman looking at an inspirational slide show in Monterey CA-- One thing I've noticed is that if you have a group gathered with some interest in cohousing, it is good to formalize a way for everyone to talk-- a round robin or such-- and share what attracts them, why they like the idea, etc. In fact, some people aren't quite sure, but pretty soon they are saying things that inspire others, and themselves, and build a positive energy. In effect, they can sell each other on the attractions of living in community, in addition to what you can offer "from the front of the room."
