Again with that Grace!!

This time I want to say hello to my friend Shelly in Hartford. (Hi 
Shelly!!!)

I also wanted to ask her what happened to that idea of charging a small 
donation($1, $2)for meetings[no decision making], a yearly membership fee 
($100-$500, payable in installments)[some decision making] and then a buy in 
fee(appropriate to the final cost of the unit in question)[full decision 
making] when you are ready to move on property?  Was there a problem 
consensing on that?  It seemed not to wrongly exlude anyone on economic 
terms, and provide nominal operating costs, weed out browsers from buyers, 
and reward financial input with decision making power.
