RoseWind Cohousing in Port Townsend Washington (NE Olympic Peninsula) is about to make available our last two lots, this month. They are on the south side of our central commons field. Anybody out there who'd like to raise their children in a great town for little kids? (It's a pretty cool town for grown-ups, too, with lots of arts and boats and festivals and music and organic produce, environmental and political activism---sort of a college town minus the college.) The lots are 5000 sq ft, build what you want, when you want, $35- or $38,000 covers it all except annual operating budget assessments. We are in our eleventh year, with 22 lots already owned, 16 built. We have community vegetable garden patches, and a common house in mid-construction. Check out the town on www.ptguide.com I'll be glad to respond to inquiries welcome [at] olympus.net Lynn Nadeau
