At Sharingwood we had the option to add right of first refusal to our legal
condo declarations. We passed. It seemed unlikely that the organization
would ever have the capital to buy a unit, and we also help each other
solict buyers when it comes to selling a unit so the communities interests
have thus far been met, eg finding community interested people.
