Marya S. Tipton asked about success in selling composting toilets and gray
water systems...to the powers that be.

We got the Frederick County PTB to accept same, but they added the killer
requirement that we also install sewer and water.  Not much help.

scheduled for Jan 4.  House building resumes (units 2 & 3) in January.
