Hi all!

The American Planning Association conference will be held in NYC April
15-19, 2000.

Ken Norwood, architect and author of "Rebuilding Community in America" is a
member of this association and he has consistently promoted cohousing to
this mainstream association through exhibits at the national and local
chapter levels.  However, this year he is recouperating from a bicycle
accident and will be unable to attend the conference.

Ken is looking for volunteers to organize and staff a display table/exhibit
for the five days of the conference.  The Cohousing Network is paying the
exhibit fee and exhibit items are available.

If you've been wanting to work promoting cohousing on a national scale this
is a GREAT opportunity.  Approximately *6,000* planners from the US and
overseas are expected to attend.  So this is a BIG DEAL.  We're particularly
interested in finding a local group/presence so TCN can qualify for a
discount on the exhibit space.  Local means NYC, NJ, DE, CT.

February 7th is the deadline for securing exhibit space so time is of the
essence here.
