My concern with this is that using email for decisions more or less assumes
that everyone checks their email very regularly.
I for one, when not at work sitting at a computer all day,can forget it for
days (just recently upgraded from a 2400 baud modem (yes, 2.4 K) at home) at
home. You can miss a long discussion that way - and I personally don't want to
feel tied to my email - that's why I'm way behind on this wonderful list.
