Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cohousing Projects in South East PA?

Hi all.  A small group of us are visioning a cohousing project in SE PA
within an hour of Philadelphia.  We are just getting started, and as part of
our research we want to make sure there isn't already something similar
being planned in our area.  Anyone know of a planned cohousing project near
Philadelphia?  Thanks.
