Just a quick note to announce that Pathways move-ins have begun!
After several delays, the longest being sewer tie-in problems, the final site
inspections and 7 house inspections were finished today and the certificates
of occupancy were issued. The gypsy families who had moved all their stuff
in, who were hanging out there without water and a toilet in their homes and
sleeping in a motel can now stay and be legal residents. Yow wow!
